NHS Grampian, a healthcare organization in Scotland, has apologized for postponing dozens of operations due to damage to electrical systems at Woodend Hospital caused by a lightning strike and a failure in the central decontamination unit's (CDU) ventilation system at Foresterhill site. Around 20 operations scheduled for August 28 at Aberdeen hospitals are postponed, while around 50 operations are expected to proceed.
