This is the company's second time considering bonus shares since 2017. NBCC's consolidated net profit increased by 39.2% to Rs 104.62 crore in Q1 FY25 compared to Q1 FY24, and net sales saw a 10.7% year-on-year increase to Rs 2118.68 crore. The company's market capitalization reached INR 31,977 crore.
