Natchitoches man arrested for animal cruelty after malnourished pit bulls found chained with no food or water.
Natchitoches, Louisiana man, Alvin Metoyer, was arrested for two counts of animal cruelty after two malnourished pit bulls were found chained to a fence with no food or water, in poor living conditions. The dogs had visible ribs, spine, and scab wounds. Metoyer claimed the dogs hadn't eaten due to illness, but he remains in custody with a $20,000 bond.
