Hungarian ice cream shop Roberto Confectionery gains popularity with unique Hungarian dish-inspired flavors, reporting 3-4x sales increase post media coverage.
Hungary's Roberto Confectionery, run by artisan Robert Reinhardt, has gained notoriety with its unconventional ice cream flavors, blending traditional Hungarian dishes like paprika chicken, cabbage stew, and hearty meat pancakes with ice cream bases. Reinhardt plans to open a second shop in the capital, Budapest, and offer his novel flavors even during winter months.
