Former CNPC chairman Wang Yilin has been arrested on suspicion of bribery by the Supreme People's Procuratorate in Beijing. Wang, who was also a former secretary of the leading Party members group of CNPC, was expelled from the Communist Party of China in July. His case was handed over to prosecutors for examination and prosecution after an investigation by the National Commission of Supervision.
