On August 27, a fatal stabbing occurred at the Edmonton Corn Maze near Spruce Grove, Alberta. Police found an adult victim dead on site and arrested a suspect known to the victim. The Major Crimes Unit is investigating, and the corn maze has temporarily closed, offering refunds for ticket holders and requesting information from anyone present between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
