Fashion Nova acquires a Premier Beverly Hills office campus for $118m as its new global HQ.

Fashion Nova, a top fashion brand known for its innovative marketing and $2bn annual sales, has acquired a Premier Beverly Hills office campus for $118m, signalling confidence in the local market. The 175,000 sq ft building, off-market from Tishman Speyer, will be the brand's new global HQ, housing a Fashion Nova Social Club with a fitness space, juice bar, and other amenities for influencers and creatives. The company also plans to open satellite offices in London, Hong Kong, Sydney, and New York.
