DAE acquires $1.1bn worth of 23 aircraft, boosting fuel-efficient fleet and customer base.

Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) announced a $1.1bn deal to acquire 23 aircraft from various sellers, mainly narrow-body and next-gen tech aircraft. The addition will boost DAE's fuel-efficient fleet composition by 4 percentage points, with a weighted average age of 3.4 years and 8.8 years remaining lease term. The deal serves 13 airlines in nine countries, expanding DAE's global customer base.
