Zee Entertainment and Sony Pictures Networks India have amicably resolved their disputes related to the failed $10 billion merger, agreeing to withdraw all claims against each other. The non-cash settlement involves the withdrawal of all respective claims in arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and legal proceedings initiated in the National Company Law Tribunal and other forums. Both parties have mutually agreed to focus on independent growth opportunities, with a renewed focus on the evolving media and entertainment landscape.
