Two San Jose residents, a 47-year-old woman, and a 14-year-old boy, were killed in a head-on collision on State Route 85 in San Jose, CA, when a wrong-way driving Toyota Tacoma pickup truck crashed into a Tesla. The 39-year-old Florida driver, whose cause of incident and sobriety are unknown, was hospitalized with severe injuries.
