29-year-old Nyema Norton, shot in Avondale, Cincinnati on July 12, died from her injuries on August 2. The double shooting occurred near the 3500 block of Reading Road, and both victims were taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. A woman has been detained in connection with the incident, and the Cincinnati Police Department's Homicide Unit is continuing the investigation, asking for information from the public at 513-352-3542.
