15-year-old Onyx Santana Austin, linked to Memorial Day's double murder in Nolte Local Park, Silver Spring, was arrested at Dulles International Airport. After fleeing the country, he was caught by U.S. Customs and Border Protection upon return & charged as an adult with two counts of second-degree murder. Austin awaits extradition to Montgomery County.
