The investigation began when the employer reported significant missing patient payments. Fullenkamp, who worked at the practice for several years, allegedly convinced patients to pay cash for discounts, pocketed the money, and altered computer records to hide the theft. She was arrested on August 23 and is currently in Ripley County Jail, awaiting her initial court appearance.
