21-year-old Gavin E. Woods Leonard was arrested in Vancouver after a drive-by shooting at the Woodspring Suites, where a bullet impacted inside the building but no injuries were reported. Police located Leonard's silver SUV, and after a short chase, arrested him using a precision immobilization technique (PIT). Leonard faces charges for drive-by shooting, attempt to elude, assault, and driving under the influence.
