Toronto police officer Const. Boris Borissov, facing 15 theft charges, was arrested at Montreal-Trudeau International Airport for attempting to leave Canada while suspended with pay. Borissov allegedly stole credit cards and a luxury watch from deceased individuals and is now charged with failing to comply with a recognizance. The charges stem from cases dating back to 2020 and 2022. Borissov is set to appear in court on Monday.
