40th anniversary Moving Wall, a Vietnam War memorial half-size replica, travels to Columbiana County Fairgrounds, Sept 6-9. Leetonia American Legion Post 141 organizes the event, featuring a parade honoring all veterans and a special POW service. The Moving Wall, created by Vietnam vet John Devitt, commemorates the 36 local men who died in Vietnam.
