Decomposed human remains of a Black man & a bicycle were found at 1:15 a.m. in a drainage culvert near Birmingham's 1600 block of Matt Leonard Drive. The Jefferson County Coroner's Office will perform an autopsy to identify the individual and determine cause of death. Birmingham Police Department is investigating the case.
