Campbell Soup sells Pop Secret popcorn brand to snack company Our Home for undisclosed amount, aiming to focus on core snacking business. Pop Secret, acquired in 2018, contributed $120m net sales in FY2024. The transaction is expected to trim Campbell's per-share earnings by 4 cents in FY2025 and marks Our Home's expansion into microwave popcorn category.
