18-year-old Zeina Mahafzah from Wayne, NJ died after being struck by a boat propeller while attempting to board a boat from a raft in Sunset Park, Harvey Cedars on Long Beach Island. The tragic accident occurred as the raft was being pulled by the boat. New Jersey State Police are investigating the incident.
