22-year-old windsurfer reported missing in Green Bay was found safe and uninjured after a multi-agency search and rescue operation. The windsurfer had failed to return home from his session on the waters of Green Bay. He was found near Point Sable wearing a life jacket and returned safely to his family at a Metro boat launch.
