35-year-old plumber arrested for kidnapping 4-year-old girl in Rohini, Delhi. The girl was playing outside when she was allegedly abducted. Delhi Police swiftly formed a special investigation team and used local informers & CCTV footage to identify and arrest the suspect. The kidnapped girl was rescued safely within four hours and the suspect, a resident of Begum Vihar, Begumpur, is now in police custody.
