Pedestrian fatally struck by hit-and-run driver in SE Portland on Saturday night. The accident occurred at the intersection of SE 162nd Ave and SE Stark St at 11pm, but the driver fled the scene. Victim's identity undisclosed. A 20-year Pearl District resident also suffered injuries. Streets were closed for investigation. Police request info via case number 24-215211.
