22-year-old Bristol man, Mohamed Safran Mohamed-Shakur, was arrested for speeding at 123 mph on Route 2 in Marlborough, well above the 65 mph limit. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle to endanger occupants and reckless driving, released on a $5,000 bond, and faces arraignment on September 30. Two adult passengers were in the car at the time of the incident.
