Naukri.com's study reveals that work-life balance, inflexible work options, and family responsibilities present significant challenges for women re-entering the workforce. Work-life balance is cited as a major reason (39%) for leaving jobs, followed by lack of flexible work options (41%) and family responsibilities (35%). Despite 73% of women and 79% of men believing in equal opportunities, 24% of women feel men receive better growth prospects and 31% perceive unequal salary compensation.
