Ohio's Grafton Correctional Institution hosted a first-of-its-kind, public five-course meal prepared by incarcerated men. The event, organized by EDWINS Leadership and Restaurant Institute, featured produce from the prison's garden and aims to provide inmates with culinary and hospitality skills, certifications, and re-entry opportunities into society upon release. The course is available in 652 prisons and jails across the U.S.
