Miami Marlins promote outfield prospect Griffin Conine, son of two-time World Series champ Jeff Conine, before game vs. Rockies on Monday. 27-year-old Conine has a solid season at Triple-A Jacksonville (19 HR, .825 OPS). Marlins expected to place shortstop Xavier Edwards on 10-day IL to make space for Conine on active roster, and add him to 40-man roster.
