25 January 2025: The EU Commission-approved share buyback program, part II, at Danske Bank has resulted in 197,907 shares being purchased, totaling DKK 227,431,577, equating to 3.1% of the bank's share capital. Including the shares bought back in part I of the program (631,900 shares), a total of 829,807 shares have been bought back, totaling DKK 977,384,977. The bank's detailed transactions summary, following the EU's Safe Harbour Rules, includes the date of each transaction, the number of shares purchased, the average purchase price, and the venue and time of each transaction.
