David Gilmour to perform Pink Floyd songs on upcoming solo tour despite earlier remarks.
Renowned Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour has announced that he will perform Pink Floyd songs during his upcoming solo tour, despite earlier remarks. Gilmour, who initially said he wouldn't revisit the 1970s Pink Floyd era, confirmed he'll play songs like "Wish You Were Here" and "Comfortably Numb." The solo tour, starting Sept. 27, supports Gilmour's new album, "Luck and Strange." However, Gilmour is not keen on revisiting other songs from the Roger Waters era, such as "Money."
