Apparel company Fanatics expands lawsuit against Arizona Cardinals rookie Marvin Harrison Jr. and father Marvin Harrison Sr., alleging breach of contract and fraud.
Apparel company Fanatics has expanded its lawsuit against Arizona Cardinals rookie Marvin Harrison Jr. and his father, Hall of Fame wide receiver Marvin Harrison Sr., over a breach of contract. Fanatics initially filed a lawsuit in May accusing Harrison Jr. of not fulfilling his obligations from a deal signed in 2023, and now alleges that his father "aided and abetted" his son's fraud. The company claims that both defendants deliberately misled them into believing there was a binding contract, when it is alleged that Harrison Sr. signed the contract instead of his son.
