A fatal crash in North Philadelphia involving a Philadelphia Fire Department ladder truck left a 23-year-old woman dead and a 29-year-old man in critical condition. The fire truck was en route to a call when the driver of another vehicle cut in front of it, causing a collision at the intersection of West Lehigh and West Sedgley avenues.
