86-year-old pedestrian seriously injured in Risca after being hit by a car; 29-year-old suspect arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and being over the alcohol limit. St Mary Street incident occurred at 10:10 pm on August 24. Gwent Police seek witnesses and CCTV/dashcam footage.
