60-year-old Hispanic male found unresponsive at Wyandotte County Lake in Kansas City pulled out by emergency crews on August 24. The man, later declared dead by the KCK Fire Department, has not yet been identified. Wyandotte County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident and is encouraging anyone with information to contact the TIPS Hotline.
