9-year-old girl drowns at a birthday party at Hawthorne at the Crest apartment complex in Collegedale, TN. The incident occurred at the pool around 6 p.m. on Saturday. Officers performed CPR until first responders arrived, but the child was declared dead at Children's Hospital. Collegedale police are investigating the drowning.
