23-year-old killed, 51-year-old critically injured in single-vehicle crash on I-4 in Volusia County, Florida. The 51-year-old driver lost control of his 1996 Honda Civic, veering off the roadway and striking trees. The 23-year-old passenger, not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver was transported to hospital in critical condition.
