15-year-old student, Jamal Jackson, critically injured after an alleged drunk driver, 53-year-old Cedrick Marshall, crashed his SUV into the teenager's bedroom in New Orleans East on August 25th. Marshall was arrested for failing a sobriety test and will face charges of first-degree vehicular negligent injury and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. No other occupants of the home were injured.
