A Rome burglar was caught during a break-in after he started reading a Greek mythology book on a bedside table. The 38-year-old thief was confronted by the 71-year-old homeowner and tried to escape, but was arrested shortly after. The alleged burglar was found to have a bag containing stolen clothing from another house. The book's author, Giovanni Nucci, expressed interest in sending the man a copy to allow him to finish reading it.
