Evander Da Silva Ferreira scored the equalizing goal in the 9th minute of second-half stoppage time after Timbers' Felipe Mora received a red card in the 3rd of 15 extra minutes. Despite Mora's dismissal, Portland rallied with goals from Rodríguez, Mora, and Ferreira, overcoming a 4-1 deficit.
