The party aims for equal representation from general, OBC, EBC, scheduled caste, and minority groups in its 25-member central committee. The leader will be elected annually, with the first term going to the most deprived community. Kishor will not be part of the leadership, aiming for full establishment before Bihar's 2025 Assembly elections. Founder members with 5,000+ supporters can join the central committee.
