He also pledged to implement free primary healthcare services, construct a Specialist Children's Hospital and Fertility Centre in Accra, and expand health infrastructure. Additionally, Mahama plans to build modern hospitals in underserved areas and reprioritize the healthcare sector to ensure timely payment to service providers.
