2 employees of a Chula Vista, CA 7-Eleven were critically injured in a fire; a suspect, Jose Carlos Villanueva, was arrested later in Redlands. The cause of the fire is unknown, and both arson investigators and CVPD detectives are investigating. The victims, suffering from serious burns, were taken to a nearby hospital.
