Bald eagle found in Missouri initially suspected to be injured and unable to fly, was later discovered to be healthy but "too fat to fly" after eating a large meal. Further examination revealed a raccoon's paw in its stomach, suggesting it may have consumed raccoon roadkill. The eagle was rehabilitated and released near the capture site, following federal and state laws.
