25-year-old rapper Abdul Vicks, known as "YBC Dul" and leader of the YBC gang, was fatally shot in West Philadelphia. Vicks was a prominent figure in the local music scene and had been involved in multiple violent crimes, including a viral video of him digging up a rival gang member's grave. Police have not made any arrests and are asking for information on the case.
