33-year-old John Mitchell was discovered deceased by the side of Interstate 285 in DeKalb County, Georgia. Police responded to the scene after receiving a call about an individual on the ground and not moving near the intersection of Chamblee Dunwoody Road. No signs of foul play were observed, the investigation remains active, and a medical examiner will perform an autopsy on Mitchell's body.
