15-year-old girl sex trafficked by Miami mental health counselor, Maria Ximena Duarte, results in third arrest: Hermes Mejia, 29, charged with lewd and lascivious battery, lewd and lascivious exhibition on a child. Duarte accused of human trafficking, lewd and lascivious exhibition, battery, and interference with child custody. Duarte's boyfriend, Jason Mojica, also arrested.
