65-year-old Donald Sirmons, a Mooringsport, Louisiana resident, was identified as a drowning victim by the Caddo Parish Coroner's office. His body was found in a pool at his home by family members who had not seen him since the previous night. Caddo Sheriff's deputies discovered the body around 1 a.m., and an autopsy has been ordered.
