2 women, Heather Evans (35) & Telisha Snodgrass (26), arrested for stealing 4 French Bulldog puppies worth $24k in Guntersville; charges include 3rd-degree burglary & theft of property in the 1st degree. Puppies have been returned to owner. Evans remains in custody on $45k bond, Snodgrass released on bond.
