The Washington Commanders signed Cameron Tom and released J.C. Hassenauer after two weeks.
The Washington Commanders have released former Pittsburgh Steelers center J.C. Hassenauer and signed veteran center Cameron Tom to replace his roster spot. Tom, an undrafted free agent, has played in 14 games with one start throughout his seven-year NFL career, and previously played for the New Orleans Saints, Miami Dolphins, Philadelphia Eagles, and Los Angeles Chargers. The team released Hassenauer after just two weeks since he joined on August 6.
