7-time F1 champion Hamilton receives a 3-place grid penalty for impeding Perez, starting P15 in Dutch GP qualifying.

7-time F1 world champion Lewis Hamilton called his Dutch Grand Prix qualifying performance "terrible" and "shocking", blaming an incident with Sergio Perez for a P12 starting position. Hamilton was later given a three-place grid penalty due to unnecessarily impeding Perez. Teammate George Russell qualified in fourth place, calling it a "fair result" for Mercedes. Hamilton's original P12 will become P15 for the race, which starts at 14:00 BST on Sunday 25 August.
