6 people died in a fire at a commercial shop in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, China on August 24. The fire, which covered about 200 sqm, started at around 10:05 pm and authorities are investigating the cause. Four individuals perished at the scene, while two others succumbed to their injuries despite medical assistance. Firefighters managed to control the blaze later that night.
