Pakistan's petrol & HSD prices expected to decrease Rs5-6 per litre from Sept 1, due to lower international market prices.
Pakistan's petrol and high-speed diesel (HSD) prices are expected to decrease by approximately Rs5-6 per litre for the third consecutive fortnight, starting September 1, due to lower international market prices. The government has already cut fuel prices by approximately Rs8.47 and Rs6.70 per litre for petrol and HSD respectively, effective until August 31st. The reductions are expected to directly impact middle and lower-middle classes consumers.
